The Alumni members are free to use Library facility for
reference whenever they are in UAE. They need to carry their Identity
cards when they visit and refer Library.
Terms & conditions:

To avail the library facility in IMT
Dubai, the refundable amount of AED 1000 has to be
deposited. This payment can be made either by cash or by cheque.
- The deposit amount will be refunded after withdraw
of membership.
Borrowing
Policies:
- Alumni
would be allowed to borrow up to 3 books at a time.
The books have to be returned within 15 days from
the date of issue. If alumni fail to return the book within 15
days, an overdue charge of AED 1 per day /per book
will be levied.
- If
the outstanding overdue amount is AED 200 or more,
the Library will temporarily terminate the alum's right to avail
of the Library facilities.
- Textbooks
/ Reference Books will not be issued. However photocopies will be
arranged for the requested chapters / articles from books as per
the Copyright Guidelines of IMT Dubai Library.
- Books
which are in high demand will not be issued.

Photocopying/Printing Services for Alumni:
- AED
1/- * will be charged per A4 sheet (Less
than 100 pages).
For any reference query on company profiles, market intelligence
and Industry trends, data and analyst reports from various sources
Alumni will be charged @ AED 1/- per A4 sheet.
General guidelines for Alumni Members
of IMT Dubai to use Library services
- The
use of IMT Dubai Library services would be purely for academic and
personal use only.
- The
online resources will not be available to access, outside the
campus.
The Librarian has the right to cancel the IMT Dubai
Library membership of any Alumni Member if found, violating the rules
and regulations.
